Southern Seven Health Department recently issued the following announcement.

Join Southern 7 Health Department, Hope Light Foundation, and University of Chicago Medicine Center for Asian Health Equity to learn about prevention of colorectal cancer and receive your annual flu shot!
The first 100 people in attendance to receive a flu shot or pick up a FIT kit (a non-invasive, at home test used to detect colorectal cancer) will receive a coupon for a free meal at Easy Street So Co Food truck (coupon is only valid the day of the event). Choices of lunch will include a cheeseburger or chicken wrap, french fries or tots, and a drink. Meals will also be available for purchase from Easy Street So Co Food truck.
