The Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by president Holshouser.

Mr. Boren read a thank you from the Lick Creek staff to the BOE.

Lewis Bakeries Sandwich wheat 16oz @1.58, Hamburger 8 pack @ 1.65, and hotdog whole wheat @ 1.65. Knapp Propane Firm @ 1.19/ gallon. F.S. Dieselex #2 2.59/gallon. Farm Fresh 1% milk 8oz, fat free chocolate 80z, fat free strawberry 8oz, and orange juice 4 oz. all.275 firm price. Motion by Turner second by Plott to approve the resolution that the hazardous conditions for pupils transported less than 1.5 miles has not changed from previous years per public act 94-0439: (each school board may provide free transportation for any pupil residing within 1 1⁄2 miles from school attended where conditions are such that walking, either to or from a pick up point or bus stop, constitutes a serious hazard to the safety of the pupil due to vehicular traffic or rail crossings.
