Southern Seven Health Department issued the following announcement on July 31.
In honor of National Immunization Awareness Month, Southern 7 Health Department has teamed up with McDonald's restaurants in Anna, Metropolis, and Vienna.
Every child (up to age 18) that gets an immunization at one of the Southern 7 Health Department locations, will receive a coupon for a FREE ice cream cone (while supplies last).
The 1st day of school is fast approaching! Call and schedule an appointment for your child's required immunizations today!
