Special Board Meeting called to order by President Kevin Castleman at 6:02 p.m.
Roll Call, Gail Stubblefield absent.
Others in attendance: none
Motion by Chris and second by Danny to go into closed session to discuss personnel. All voted yes, M/C.
Went into closed session at 6:05 p.m.
Motion by Chris and second by Danny to go out of closed session and resume special meeting.
All voted yes. M/C.
Resumed special meeting at 6:29 p.m.
Motion by Chris and second by Peggy to employ Jeffrey Dufour as a certified teacher.
