Massac County Unit School District #1 issued the following announcement on July 13.
Attention businesses, churches, and other non-profit organizations: Groups interested in donating school supplies to Massac Unit #1 schools/students are encouraged to contact Lisa Monkman at the Unit Office at (618) 524-9376 ext. 101 or lmonkman@massac.org first. All donations are greatly appreciated. We are simply attempting to avoid the overstock of certain supplies that we have received in the past. Thank you in advance for all that you do for our students.
