The data shows that 32 men and three women were released in the Ullin zip code. The median age of the parolees was 35. The youngest parolee was a 20-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2017, and the oldest was a 53-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2016.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Leonel Cid. He was convicted of a sex crime in 2008, when he was 35 years old. He is now 46.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
