Meeting was called to order by Holshouser at 6:30 pm.
Members present: Holshouser, Turner, Stover, Corbit, Thorn and Superintendent Boren.
Motion by Corbit second by Stover to accept the consent agenda as presented. Roll call vote: Holshouser: yea, Turner: yea, Stover: yea, Corbit: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Holshouser second by Stover to approve the Beta club to attend the national convention in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Roll call vote: Holshouser: yea, Turner: yea, Stover: yea, Corbit: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Holshouser second by Turner to accept the resignation of part time music teacher Mrs. Corbit. Roll call vote: Holshouser: yea, Turner: yea, Stover: yea, Corbit: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Corbit second by Thorn to set the date of 8th grade graduation for May, 16, 2019 at 6pm. Roll call vote: Holshouser: yea, Turner: yea, Stover: yea, Corbit: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm by Stover second by Turner. Motion passed meeting adjourned.
