he Cypress Elementary School Board of Education meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Board President Angela Rudluff.

Beggs, present; Moore, present; Oliver, present; Penrod, present; Racey, present; Rudluff, present; West, present; Superintendent Shoemaker, present

Visitors Present: Jessica Bevis, Michelle Quertermous, Michael Schultz

Motion by West seconded by Oliver to approve the minutes of the March 19th, 2019 Board Meeting. All present voted yes.

Motion by Penrod seconded by Beggs to approve joint board meeting minutes of March 26th, 2019. Beggs, yes; Moore, yes; Oliver, yes; Penrod, yes; Racey, yes; Rudluff, yes; West, yes

Motion by West seconded by Penrod to accept the election results as reported by the Johnson County Clerk’s office and seat Richie Oliver, Mandy Moore, Miachael Schultz, and Howard Penrod on the Cypress School District 64 Board of Education.

Beggs, yes; Moore, yes; Oliver, yes; Penrod, yes; Racey, yes; Rudluff, yes; West, yes

Motion by Penrod seconded by West to adjourn at 7:03pm and dismiss those members not continuing to serve on the board.

All present voted yes.

The Cypress Elementary School Board of Education meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM by temporary chairman Shoemaker.

Presentation of Mandated Reporting Law by Superintendent Shoemaker.

Motion by West Seconded by Oliver to approve the bills for April 2019.

Motion made by Penrod seconded by Oliver to adjourn at 7:45. All present voted yes.
