Anna Community Consolidated School District 37 Board of Education met April 25.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Board President Grant Capel called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Roll Call:

Grant Capel Present

Craig Dillman Present

Lori Foster Present

Pam Needling Present

Elaine Ray Present

Dave Sullivan Present

Tina Waller Present

Others:

Superintendent, Chuck Goforth

Principals, Mark Laster, Charlotte Massey, Rob Lannom

Staff, Carolyn Gaddis

Visitors, Catrina Craft, Amanda Pender

A motion was made by Tina Waller and seconded by Dave Sullivan to approve the agenda for the meeting. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Lori Foster, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Elaine Ray, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Tina Waller, yea. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Dave Sullivan and seconded by Tina Waller to approve Grant Capel as president pro tem. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Lori Foster, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Elaine Ray, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Tina Waller, yea. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Tina Waller and seconded by Dave Sullivan to approve Pam Needling as secretary pro tem. Roll call vote: Grant Capel, yea; Craig Dillman, yea; Lori Foster, yea; Pam Needling, yea; Elaine Ray, yea; Dave Sullivan, yea; Tina Waller, yea. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Pam Needling and seconded by Elaine Ray to accept the election results from the County Clerk proclaiming the results as follows: Grant Capel 856 votes, Craig Dillman 641 votes, Dave Sullivan 681 votes and Tina Waller 747 votes. Voice vote: Motion carried.

The oath of office was administered to Grant Capel, Craig Dillman, Dave Sullivan and Tina Waller by Superintendent Goforth.
