OLD BUSINESS:

1. Township Days: General consensus is that this year there is not enough time to put it together, but that we need to research and see if there is an interest maybe in 2020.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Library Lease:

2. Board/Employee Library Membership: The Township will pay for board/employee memberships.

Road Commissioners Report: We are beginning the project of replacing drain pipes in Country Club Estates, Pekin.

Assessors Report: Working in the field, weather permitting.

General Assistants Report: Feb/Mar. 2019 by: Stephanie Stecken, Case Worker.

April/May GA/EA. EXPENDITURES: $.00

April/May GA. Report: 5 inquiries, one inquiry was sent documents needed for GA. The other 4 households were on disability, which disqualifies those households for Township Assistance.

April/May GA/EA. REIMBURSEMENTS: $.00

Executive Session: It was discussed what actions need to be taken to fill the Town Clerk’s position while Pam recuperates. The Township will research someone to be named Town Clerk Pro-Temp which is a temporary position while the need is there.
