Q2 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Pulaski County?

There were two offenders released on parole during that live in Pulaski County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Southern Illinois News.

The data shows that man and woman were released in Pulaski County. The younger parolee was a 31-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2017. The other was a 45-year-old woman sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2017.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Joseph L. Haddock. He was convicted of a property crime in 2017 when he was 30 years old. He is now 31.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the second quarter in each Pulaski County municipality.
