Shawnee Worship Center issued the following announcement on May 27.
Congratulations to 9 year old Dawson Reed on his raising of $500 for Save our Children and joining the Illinois District Children's Ministries Captain's Club. Dawson raised his from collecting quarters from his friends, family, and church family as a tribute to his grandfather who saved every quarter he had as a way to support missionaries around the globe.
