How did Marsha Griffin spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Marsha Griffin's election campaign committee, Friends of Marsha Griffin, spent $12,970 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Griffin's committee spent the most on radio buy in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,016) going to Withers Broadcasting in Mt. Vernon. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Griffin's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
