Southern Seven Health Department issued the following announcement on March 13.
Metropolis Head Start along with our other Head Start centers are now taking applications for the 2019-2020 School Year. As a visual, Metropolis Head Start is tracking applications one balloon = a Head Start application and one flower = an Early Head Start application. Their creative teaching staff made this visual and the Early Head Start children made the bushes from their fingerprints! Now that’s teamwork!
If you would like to apply or know someone with a child birth to age 5, please contact your local Head Start center to schedule an appointment. You may also contact our Administrative Office at 618-634-2297.
