A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Massac County Republican Central Comm was the only campaign committee in Brookport that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Massac County Republican Central Comm has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 29, 2017, for a late quarterly report.
