IFB #2018-080. Consider authorizing contracts with Capital Sand Company, Hamm Inc., Mid-States Materials LLC and Johnson County Aggregates, in the amount not to exceed $600,000, for the purchase of rock products for a one (1) year term with the option to renew four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

 

Commissioner Allen moved to Approvethe consent agenda as presented. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion.

ACTION AGENDA

Application No. SW-PP/FP-3438. Consider a request from Phelps Engineering, Incorporated, applicant, and Moonlight Ridge Family Farms, LLC, landowner, for Preliminary and Final Plat approval for two lots on approximately 130 acres to be known as South Moonlight, in Section 12, Township 14, Range 22, Johnson County. Located at the Southwest Corner of 151st Street and Moonlight Road.

 

Commissioner Brown moved to Approvea Preliminary and Final Plat for two residential lots to be known as South Moonlight, for the reasons and subject to the stipulations recommended by the Zoning Board. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion.

Resolution No. 002-19; SW-CU-3442 (GA). Consider a request from Paul D. Hambelton, applicant/landowner, for Conditional Use Permit for a ground mount solar array in the front yard, on approximately 40 acres, zoned RUR, Rural District, in Section 6, Township 14, Range 22.

 

Commissioner Brown moved to Approve and Adopt Resolution No. 002-19, thereby approving a Conditional Use Permit for a ground mount solar array in the front yard, on property located at 14619 Edgerton Road, for the reasons and subject to the stipulations set forth within the resolution. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion.

Application No. NW-FP-3440 (OL). Consider a request from David Whitcraft, WxW, LLC, applicant, and Floyd Foster and Harold and Paul Laverentz, landowners, for a Final Plat (Cedar Ridge Ranch), located at 24810 W. 127th St., for 17 residential lots, on 60 acres, zoned RLD, Residential Low Density District.

 

Commissioner Brown moved to Approvea Final Plat for 17 residential lots to be known as Cedar Ridge Ranch, located at 24810 W. 127th St., for the reasons and subject to the stipulations recommended by the Zoning Board. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion.
