City of Rosiclare issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
Water customers who would like additional water meters to be installed in vacant lots will need to stop by City Hall to sign a sheet, with a short description on who, where, numbers, etc, NO LATER THAN Friday December 28th, 2018. This will not be posted in the paper due to the upcoming holidays, so please help spread the word for those who are not on Facebook.
