Metropolis Public Library issued the following announcement on Nov. 9.
Thursday, December 13th @ 4:00 pm- We will be making a Pink Peppermint Sugar Scrub and everyone gets to take some home! YOU MUST REGISTER AT THE LIBRARY OR CALL BY MONDAY, DEC. 10TH. This program is for adults 18 and over. There will be a material charge of $4.00 at the time of the program. This will be a great gift, just in time for the holidays!
