CALL TO ORDER
This special meeting of the Meridian CUSD #101 Board of Education was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President, Mike Hileman.
ROLL CALL
Members present included Mike Hileman – President, Justin Crain – Vice President, Charlotte Woods – Secretary, Connie Young-Hunt, Jill Bosecker, & Scotty Henry. Rebecca Word arrived at 6:15 p.m. Also present: Jonathan Green (Superintendent), Maryanne Boren (MS/HS Principal), and Mitch Haskins (District Athletic Director). Visitors: Janice Couch (Teacher/MEA President), Barbara McElmurry (Teacher Aide/Local 773 Rep), and Stephanie McDuffee (Elementary Teacher).

A motion was made by Scotty Henry and seconded by Justin Crain to approve hiring John Windings as Part-Time Music/Band teacher for the 2018-19 school year contingent upon successfully completing all requirements set forth by the Illinois State Board of Education.
