Metropolis Public Library issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.
We will be making cute snowman wreaths with wire forms, assorted greenery, and other accessories. This program will take place on Thursday, November 29th @ 4:00 pm. Please register by Monday, 26th. There will be a $4.00 charge for this program. This is intended for ages 18 and up.
