A. Massac CUSD #1 was ranked 361 out of 385 unit school districts in FY17 (See administrative costs per pupil rankings) B. Administrative costs rose above the limitation of 5% for FY19 C. Massac CUSD #1 is eligible to waive the limitation because it was well within the bottom 25% of administrative costs for all unit school districts in Illinois (See waiver resolution)
