President Stacey Reames called the meeting to order at 6;00 p.m.
Roll Call:
Members present, Kevin Castleman, Peggy McNeill, Gail Stubblefield, Stacey Reames, and Chris McGinniss
Danny Burnett and Chuck Peck were absent.
Motion by Kevin and second by Chris to go into closed session at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissalof specific employees of the public body. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)
All voted Yes.
Resumed regular meeting at 6:10 p.m.
Motion by Kevin and second by Chris to employ Kelly Rae Cunningham as a certified teacher.
All voted Yes. M/C.
Motion by Kevin and second by Peggy to adjourn,
All voted Yes.
