Moved by Alderman Darryl Neill and Second by Alderman Mike Hall to approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on 8-22-2018 as presented;

Frank Walsh came for the following motion for the WWTP. The MMC bucket needs to be rebuilt since the parts are obsolete.

Moved by Alderman Mike Hall and Second by Alderman Charles Barfield to recommend to the full Council to take action to rebuild MCC Bucket for inventory in the amount of $3,000 from Russell Electric;

JK informed the Committee we had an incident with the water meter installation that should make us look at changing the language in our Ordinance. There was no motion made at the present time but will move forward with the changes.

Chad Vance wanted everyone to understand the $600,000 was the budgeted number for the project. We still have to look into all aspects and allowed enough money for the end of the projects extra costs. We are still in the planning stages of this part of the project, other areas of Phase 3 are already in place or completed. This project is still a year or more out.

Moved by Alderman Charles Barfield and Second by Alderman Mike Hall to recommend to the full Council to take action on Task Order for Phase 3 of the Long-Term Control Plan;
