Metropolis Public Library issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.
Come and join in the fun at the library. We will be painting Halloween canvases, dress appropriately. This program is free and intended for kids ages 6 and up. Please call or come into the library to register by Friday, Oct. 5th to make sure we have enough supplies.
