Meeting was called to order by President Stacey Reames at 6:30p.m.
Roll call, Peck, Mcginness and Burnett were absent. Members Present: Members Absent: Kevin Castleman Danny Burnett Peggy McNeill, Vice President Chris McGinness Gail Stubblefield, Secretary Chuck Peck Stacey Reames, President
Others present, Sue Sandusky, Joe Basham, Linda Kennedy, Denise Meyer, Terri Waddell and Bill Biggerstaff.
No Public Comments.
No Principals report.
Superintendent announced that the district had gotten approved for the pre-k grant and thanks to Terri's hard work had also been awarded food service grants that were out there also.
Motion by Kevin and second by Peggy to go into closed session to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1); The Collective negotiating matter between the district and its employees or their representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. 5 ILCS 120/(c) (2)
Went into closed session at 6:40 p.m.

Motion by Kevin and second by Peggy to Approve the Consent Agenda as presented which include.
Approval of Regular Board Meeting Minutes 6/25/18 Approval of Financial Reports, Activity Reports, Bills and Payroll. Re-establish Working Cash Fund. Approve Annual Notice of Non Discrimination, EFE 480 Approval of Massac County Mental Health Linkage Agreement Jamp Policy Updates Personnel Report.
All voted Yes. M/C.
Mr Biggerstaff took this opportunity to say the District was inspected by ROE 21 and received a letter saying we had met all requirements and were fully accredited for the school year.
Motion by Kevin and second by Stacey to appoint Gail Stubblefield as JAMP Governing Board Member and Peggy McNeill as alternate. Also Terri Waddell as Administrative member,
All voted Yes. M/C.
Motion by Peggy and second by Kevin to approve the Joppa-Maple Grove Press Policy Updates as presented.
ALL voted Yes. M/C.
Motion by Kevin and second by Peggy to accept the resignation of Calvin Morse Special Education Aide at Maple Grove, and to hire Alyssa Rice as substitute custodian.
All voted Yes. M/C.
Motion by Kevin and second by Peggy to adjourn
