Johnson County issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
The Johnson County Community Developmental Disabilities Organization invites the community to attend a Resource Fair and Marketplace for individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families. There will be an opportunity to visit with many community support agencies and learn about resources available in Johnson County. Light refreshments will be served.
The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4 at the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center, 8788 Metcalf Ave. in Overland Park.
