The meeting was called to order by President, Lamar Houston.
The roll call was as follows:

A motion was made by Justin Schultz, second by Charlie Cox to go into closed session at 4:04 p.m. to discuss personnel. All voted yea.
The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)
A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Jeremy Greenley to go out of executive session at 4:52 p.m. All voted yea.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Charlie Cox to accept the resignation of Kim Swain. The roll call vote was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Diane Blaney, yea, Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 6, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Jeremy Greenley, second by Charlie Cox to employ Kourtnee McHughs and Cierra Crisler as district paraprofessionals. The roll call vote was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Justin Schultz, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 6, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Jeremy Greenley to employ Amy Sitton as Director of Student Services. The roll call vote was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; Justin Schultz, nay; Diane Blaney, yea; Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 5 Nay votes 1. Motion Carried.
A motion was made by Charlie Cox , second by Terry Shafer, to adjourn the meeting. All voted yea.
