City of Rosiclare issued the following announcement on Sept. 8.
The City would like to announce a Fall Swap Day. This will be just like the one the City does during the month of May. Residents are encouraged to set any unwanted items next to the street starting Thursday September 13th. Remaining items will be picked up, along with normal garbage, on Thursday September 27th.
