Metropolis Public Library issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
Join us on September 27th @ 4:00 to make doily-stenciled canvas paintings. You must be registered for this craft by Monday, Sept. 24th. You must come in or call the library at 524-4312 ex. 3. This craft is for ages 18 and up, and free of charge.
