I. ROLL CALL

Commissioners in attendance were Commissioner Chairman Max Miller, Vice Chairman Kent Pitts, Commissioner Brandon Bierstedt. Commissioner David Gould and Commissioner Darryl Harvel were absent.

II. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The Union County Board of Commissioners met for a regular meeting in the Union County Courthouse Community Room at 08:30am. County Chairman Max Miller called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Brandon Bierstedt made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes from 02.13.2026 as presented. Commissioner Kent Pitts seconded the motion.

Commissioner Pitts stated the Animal Control Service is doing well and the donations are always appreciated. Kroger has a donation box at its facility in Anna. Remember to please have your cats or dogs spayed or neutered.
