A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by David Thompson, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. All vote yea.

A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Diane Blaney, authorizing the superintendent and business manager to pay any outstanding bills deemed necessary prior to June 30, 2020. Any payments will appear on the July listing for the bills. The roll call vote was as follows: Diane Blaney, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Jeremy Greenley, yea; Terry Shafer, yea; David Thompson, yea. Yea votes 5, Nay votes 0. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Charlie Cox, no second, for the Egyptian Board of Education to accept the dates proposed for 2020-2021 school year and setting meeting times as the same as the previous school year. Motion failed.

A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Diane Blaney, to go into closed session at 7:32. All voted yea.
A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by David Thompson, to return to open session at 8:10. All voted yea.

A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Jeremy Greenely, to employ Leslie Thompson as part time technology coordinator/part time teacher.
