On Tuesday, April 22, former St. Joseph-Ogden High School standout Luke Landrus’ current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 19-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.
The game took place at Bob Warn Field. This was their second matchup against the Sycamores this season.
The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at Illinois Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
