On Saturday, March 8, former Massac County High School standout Emma Austin’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wisconsin Badgers.

The game took place at Charlotte West Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 4:20 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Northern Illinois Huskies.
