On Friday, March 21, former Massac County High School standout Emma Austin’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, won 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at Valpo Softball Complex against Valparaiso Beacons.
