Meridian Community Unit School District 101 had the highest enrollment among Pulaski County districts, welcoming 431 students during the 2023-24 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 51.3% of them were girls, and 48.7% were boys.

Data also showed that the majority of students identified themselves as Black, making up 52% of the Meridian Community Unit School District 101’s total enrollment.

Among the two districts in Pulaski County, Century Community Unit School District 100 ranked second in enrollment numbers with 325 students.
