The Special Board meeting was called to order by President Daniel Burnett at 6:30p.m. 

Members present: Daniel Burnett, Peggy McNeill, Denise Meyer, Corey Willenborg, Kevin  Castleman and Rachel Henson. 

Chris McGinness attended via telephone.

Motion made by Kevin and second by Chris to Consider Amending the 2021 Tax Levy.
