On Sunday, March 30, former Massac County High School standout Emma Austin’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Belmont Bruins.
The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their third matchup against the Bruins this season.
The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Indiana State Sycamores.
