On Friday, Feb. 28, former Massac County High School standout Emma Austin’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Arkansas Bears.

The game took place at Charlotte West Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Bears this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Central Arkansas Bears.
