The meeting was called to order by Jeremy Greenley, President @ 5:01 p.m.
The roll call was as follows:

A motion was made by Adam Henderson, second by Kellie Behm to approve the consent agenda consisting of the following items:
a. Approval of Minutes
b. Approval of the Bills and Payrol
c. Approval of the Treasurer’s Report
d. Approval to reimburse the Revolving Fund in the amount necessary to maintain the balance of $5,000.00
e. Approval of the Student Activity Fund
f. Approval of Attendance Report
The roll call vote was as follows: Mike Mathis, yea; Latasha Woodson-Handy, yea; Adam Henderson, yea; Brandon Blaney, yea; Kellie Behm, yea; Starla Sissom, yea; and Jeremy Greenley, yea. Yea Votes, 7; Nay Votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Kellie Behm, second by Latasha Woodson-Handy to accept the resignation of Brandon Blaney, as 5th and 6th Grade Boys Basketball Coach. The roll call vote was as follows: Mike Mathis, yea; Latasha Woodson-Handy, yea; Adam Henderson, yea; Brandon Blaney, yea; Kellie Behm, yea; Starla Sissom, yea; and Jeremy Greenley, yea. Yea Votes, 7; Nay Votes 0. Motion carried.

Yea Votes, 7; Nay Votes 0. Motion carried.

The roll call vote was as follows: Mike Mathis, yea; Latasha Woodson-Handy, yea; Adam Henderson, yea; Brandon Blaney, yea; Kellie Behm, yea; Starla Sissom, yea; and Jeremy Greenley, yea. Yea Votes, 7; Nay Votes 0. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Brandon Blaney, second by Starla Sissom to adjourn the meeting at 5:25 p.m. All voted yea. Motion carried.
