The meeting was called to order by Jeremy Greenley, President @ 5:00 p.m.
The roll call was as follows:

Pledge of Allegiance
A motion was made by Adam Henderson, second by Brandon Blaney to approve a resolution to dismiss Consuela Eastburn, a third year probationary teacher, at the end of the 2024-2025 school year and not reemploy her for the 2025-2026 school year. The roll call vote was as follows: Mike Mathis, yea; Latasha Woodson, yea; Adam Henderson, yea; Brandon Blaney, yea; Kellie Behm, yea; Starla Sissom, yea; and Jeremy Greenley, yea. Yea Votes, 7; Nay Votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Brandon Blaney, second by Adam Henderson to adjourn at 5:10 p.m. All voted yea. Motion carried.
