Discuss HMG Engineers Professional Services Agreement regarding Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
HMG to provide contract to the City for the design of the WWTP, which is called out in the Long-Term Control Plan. The design would be a duration of 2 years plus 18-24 months to obtain IEPA funding. This if started today would not be ready for construction until 2030. Phosphorus removal limits will come into effect 2030.
