MAYOR’S REPORT

a) Motion to approve/reject payment to Caldwell Mechanical in the amount of $8,740.00 for water heater replacement for the Police Department.

b) Motion to approve/reject payment to the City of Paducah in the amount of $5,655.78 for maintenance and repairs to the Pumper Truck and Rescue Truck for the Fire Department.

c) Motion to approve/reject payment to HMG Engineers in the amount of $273,213.50 for invoices 8535.300-109, 8535.300-108, 6838.4-181, 8688-107.

d) Motion to accept/reject payment to Quint Utilities & Excavating, Inc in the amount of $9,220.00 for repairs on the storm water drainage system for the Wastewater Plant.

e) Motion to approve/reject payment to Quint Utilities & Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $7,950.00 for clearing of “Right of Ways” for the Light Department.

f) Motion to accept/reject HMG’s recommendation to award the contract to Samron Midwest Contracting for Metropolis St. reconstruction, with a total base bid of $872,218.56. (For reference, the total bid was 5% lower than the Engineers estimate.)

g) Motion to approve/reject road closure on Friday, 6/19/26 from Vienna St. thru 7th & 8th St. for 1st Missionary Baptist Church’s Annual Juneteenth Block Party from 8-4 PM

h) First reading of an Ordinance Approving A Plat Of Minor Subdivision For The “Jones Building Subdivision 2”.

i) Motion to approve/reject Release of Easement for Jones Building Subdivision 2.

a) Motion to adopt An Ordinance Approving A Redevelopment Agreement By And Between City Of Metropolis And Green Rock Productions, INC., Adam Siebert and Morgan Siebert.

a) Motion to Adopt An Ordinance Approving A Redevelopment Agreement By And Between City Of Metropolis And Jeff Lange.

b) Motion to Adopt An Ordinance Approving A Redevelopment Agreement By And Between City Of Metropolis And DC Management, LLC And Darren Tockstein And Corey Bowman.

c) Motion to Adopt Water Pollution Control Loan Program Ordinance Authorizing Loan Agreement Non-Home Rule Entity.
