a) Motion to approve/reject payment to SCS Engineers in the amount of $6,200.00 for professional services for December.

b) Motion to approve/reject payment to Brown & Roberts, Inc. in the amount of $4,278.44 for the replacement of existing T-Hangar with a 6-Unit T-Hangar Building.

c) Motion to approve/reject payment to Fletcher-Reinhardt Co. in the amount of $5,913.60 for Light Dept. supplies.

d) Motion to approve/reject payment to McCoy Construction & Forestry in the amount of $7,152.79 for the mini excavator repairs for the Water Dept.

e) Motion to approve/reject payment to Brotcke Well & Pump in the amount of $25,156.00 for the Water Treatment Plant.

f) Motion to approve/reject road closure of Market St. from the Superman Statue to 6th St. for MCDAC’s Prevent Child Abuse Event on April 17, 2026 from 3-5 PM.

g) Motion to approve/reject payment to Jones Building LLC in the amount of $20,000.00 for the redevelopment agreement between the City of Metropolis and Jones Building LLC (821 Pearl St) from TIF Funds.

h) Motion to approve/reject payment to Jones Building LLC in the amount of $20,000.00 for the redevelopment agreement between the City of Metropolis and Jones Building LLC (813 Pearl St.) from TIF Funds.

i) Motion to approve/reject payment to Got Muscle in the amount of $14,325.00 for the redevelopment agreement between the City of Metropolis and Got Muscle from TIF Funds.

j) Motion to approve/reject to begin Phase 1 water main replacement from Pearl St. to Williams St. along 5th St.

a) Motion to Adopt an Ordinance Amending Title 3 Administration Of The City Of Metropolis, Illinois, To Add A New Chapter (38) Titled “Administrative Search Warrants”.

a) Motion to approve/reject the hiring of two new engineers for the Metropolis Fire Dept.

b) Motion to approve/reject moving forward with the Outdoor Fitness Court.

c) Motion to approve/reject to begin design of pedestrian improvements on 12th St. from North Ave. to US 45. Maximum design costs $110,899.00 billed over 2 years for the 2027 build for Safe-Routes Grant.
