1. CALL TO ORDER:
Present: K. Pemberton, J. Wilkerson, S. Wilson, D. J. Carlton, T. Seddon and S. Sniderwin
2. Audience Participation: (limited to 10 minutes total unless extended by the board).
4. A motion was made by J. Carlton to enter into a closed session to consider information regarding Collective Bargaining, the appointment, evaluation, performance, employment, and/or dismissal of personnel and student disciplinary actions.
