1. CALL TO ORDER:
Present: K. Pemberton, S. Sniderwin, J. Carlton, T. Seddon, T. Sullivan, S. Wilson, & J. Wilkerson
2. Audience Participation: (limited to 10 minutes total unless extended by the board).
3. A motion to enter into a closed session was made by S. Wilson at 6:04 pm for the purpose of considering information regarding Collective Bargaining, the appointment, evaluation, performance, employment and/or dismissal of personnel and student disciplinary actions.
